We have been representing claimants in Social Security and SSI disability cases for more than 30 years. We are good at what we do. We handle appeals at the district office level, hearings before Administrative Law judges, and appeals to the United States Federal Court. Most or our clients have found us easy to talk to and that the appeals process becomes simpler once they have an attorney. We encourage our clients to call us on the telephone if they have questions or want to update us on their medical treatment or just want to know how the case is going. It is generally not necessary to make a special trip into the office.

We also encourage people to call with general questions. Often people are not sure if they even have a case, if they need an attorney, and what they should be doing. We can usually answer most questions in just a few minutes at no cost to you. We do not charge any fees for these telephone consultations.

Social Security rules, regulations, and laws can be very complex. These can include things like the United States Code, the Code of Federal Regulations, Social Security Rulings, the Dictionary of Occupational Titles, and federal case law. Even things that should be simple such as the letters to the claimant from the Social Security District Office are often hard to read. We deal with these issues on a daily basis.
